About the role
The Executive Officer provides timely expert executive coordination, communication and professional support to the Chief Executive Officer and provide secretariat support to the Board.

Your duties include:
- Provide a full range of high level confidential executive administration services to the CEO
- Prepare high quality documentation, reports and correspondence to support the CEO's strategic and day-to-day responsibilities and activities, including working with the ED to the CEO to prepare and coordinate briefings to support the CEO
- Confidentially manage inquiries, information, responses, and recommendations to and on behalf of the CEO
- Communicate and/or co-ordinate CEO instructions with various individuals and stakeholders, internally and externally, and at all levels

Our ideal candidate:
- Agile and flexible
- Post-graduate diploma or equivalent in Applied Corporate Governance (desirable)
- Experience in providing Board administrative support
- Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
- Victorian Driver's License required
- Proof of qualification to be sighted
All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working With Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
